Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC router/machining machines for furniture component production.
- Read and understand technical drawings, CNC programs, and cutting layouts.
- Set up the machine, tools, workholding, and material before production.
- Load and operate CNC programs generated from AutoCAD, Fusion 360, VCarve, Alphacam, or similar software.
- Produce components from plywood, MDF, solid wood, veneer panels, HDF, and other furniture materials.
- Check dimensions and machining accuracy using measuring tools such as vernier caliper, measuring tape, and angle gauges.
