About the Role

Houseit is looking for a creative, result-oriented Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing activities, build strong brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of marketing experience, understand both digital and offline marketing, and be comfortable developing strategies as well as executing them.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Manage and coordinate social media marketing, content campaigns, promotions and collaborations.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to generate quality leads.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing,



partnerships and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, platforms and customer segments.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies and other external vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Track significant metrics such as leads, conversions, engagement, CAC and campaign ROI.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities, events, activations and promotional campaigns when required.
- Manage the company's marketing budget and ensure efficient utilization.
- Take ownership of marketing projects from ideation → execution → performance analysis.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup, growing company or entrepreneurial environment.
