We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. QA to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Functional Testing, Web and Mobile application testing, API testing, ETL Testing, QA methodologies, and Advanced SQL, along with hands-on experience in test management tools such as JIRA and Zephyr. The candidate should be capable of independently managing testing activities, leading team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and meeting defined SLAs. Basic automation knowledge using Selenium with Java will be an added advantage.Role & responsibilities

Solid experience in Functional Testing, API, Mobile and Web Testing, and database Testing.
- Excellent understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Zephyr for defect and test management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for test data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
