We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to own and drive key people processes around performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational culture. This role requires a hands-on skilled who can align people strategies with business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure that all HR practices comply with legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Management
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the performance management system.
- Partner with department heads to set KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and create development plans.
- Track performance trends and recommend interventions for underperformance and high-potential talent growth.
- Ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals.

2. Learning & Development
- Conduct annual training needs analysis (TNA) aligned with business strategy.
- Design and execute L&D; programs, leadership development tracks, and skill-up initiatives.
- Build an internal knowledge-sharing culture through mentoring, cross-training,



and workshops.
- Measure training effectiveness and ROI.

3. Employee Engagement
- Develop and execute initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
- Plan engagement calendars, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct regular surveys and pulse checks, and implement actionable outcomes.

4. Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and processes comply with labor laws, industry regulations, and internal governance standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for audits.
- Handle workplace grievances in line with compliance and ethical practices.

5. Culture-Building
- Champion the company’s values and vision, embedding them into daily operations.
- Drive inclusion, diversity, and collaboration initiatives.
- Act as a cultural ambassador during onboarding, internal communications, and change management processes.
