We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-related projects. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of tasks, effective communication across stakeholders, and on-time delivery of high-quality IT hardware solutions. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for effective project execution.
Track and manage project resources, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Maintain accurate inventory of hardware materials and ensure proper packaging when needed.
Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress using appropriate tools.
Monitor project performance using KPIs, tools, and systems to identify areas of improvement.




Report on project status and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Build and maintain robust working relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Administrator, preferably in an IT or tech-related environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus.
