We are looking for a Senior Accountant to handle our accounts independently. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of invoicing, and bookkeeping, GST and be able to manage all accounting tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independent Accounts Handling: Manage complete accounting operations independently.
- Invoice Preparation: Prepare Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills.
- Inward & Outward Tracking: Track inward materials, goods receipts, and outward dispatches.
- GST Compliance & Reconciliation: Perform monthly GST reconciliation - GSTR-2A/2B with books.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Reconciliation: Bank reconciliation, vendor & customer reconciliation, and demand notice follow-ups.
- Coordination: Coordinate with dispatch,



vendors, and clients for accounts-related matters.
- MIS Reports: Prepare monthly financial reports for management.

Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in accounting. Experience in independent handling preferred.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of GST, TDS, E-Invoice, and E-Way Bill processes.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST Portal.
- Language Skills: English Communication is MUST, & Hindi Knowledge is Preferable/optional.
