01.) Spearheading and responsible for the P&L; of Gold Loans products portfolio. This includes delivering budgeted profits, achieving targeted asset level, building a robust pipeline of business leads, arresting asset quality slippages and achieving budgeted fee based revenues etc.

Devising business and marketing plans and various business development initiatives to improve targeted revenues. Remaining focused on BTL marketing activities creating brand & product awareness aiming to lead generation & lead conversions through existing Branch Network.

02.) Responsible for Gold Loan Product Development / innovations, monitoring & reviewing process for Gold Loan sanction / disbursement of Gold Loan Portfolio of the Bank.

03.) Responsible for introducing marketing strategies, fresh tie - ups,



process re-engineering in the Gold Loan portfolio to achieve business targets and maximize returns.

04.) Providing effective quantitative and qualitative reporting and MIS to senior management for better strategic decision making on the Product.

05.) Planning & scheduling need based knowledge sharing sessions on Gold Loan lending for Branch Personnel.

06.) Periodically conduct Auctions of NPA portfolio to ensure asset qualify is maintained.

07.) Effectively liaison with registered valuers, vendors and authorities for the monitoring & growth of the portfolio.
