Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Chat Process

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Work from Office)

Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Chat Process. The role involves handling customer queries through Chat support, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3) / Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (05 years) can apply.
- Age: 1835 years.
- Candidates pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.

Job Details




- Rotational US shifts, including night shifts.
- 5 working days per week.
- 2 rotational week-offs (weekends are not fixed).
- Work-from-office role.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: 15k In Hand ( Contract Based) + Retention Bonus (5000 each

month)

Contract Period : 3 months (90 days)

Interview Time: 10:30 AM - 1: 00 PM
