RUTLIX is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Customer Service Executive role in an International Money Transfer Process.
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Process: Money Transfer - International Customer Service
Salary: Up to Rs. 41,000 In-Hand per month
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week Offs
Eligibility:
- HSC or Graduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- SVAR Score: 70+
- C1 English proficiency will be preferred
- Must be comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to international money transfer services
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support operations
- Follow process guidelines and meet required performance and quality standards
