Position: Payroll Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll
processing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursements. The ideal
candidate should have hands-on experience with Indian payroll, statutory compliances, and
payroll-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for employees with accuracy and within timelines.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, attendance, leave, and salary
revisions.
Calculate salaries, incentives, reimbursements, overtime, deductions, and full & final
settlements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF,
and Gratuity.
Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, salary registers, and statutory reports.




Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and salary-related queries.
Generate payslips and support employees with payroll-related concerns.
Ensure payroll data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.
24 years of experience in Indian payroll processing.
Valuable knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (HRMS/ERP).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
