Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst - HR Shared Services (HRSSC) to support end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management. The role involves managing HR transactions, maintaining employee data, supporting payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance, and delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Process HR transactions and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Support benefits administration and payroll-related activities, including payroll reconciliation.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.




- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related queries.
- Manage employee data updates and organizational changes.
- Maintain process documentation and SOPs.
- Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
- Train and mentor current team members on HR processes and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and employee data management.
- Knowledge of payroll support, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
