We’re growing our global GTM team and are looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
who is hungry to learn, loves talking to people, and wants to build a career in B2B SaaS sales.

The Role

As an SDR at Volody, you’ll be at the
front line of our growth engine
.

Your job is simple:
start conversations with the right people and create opportunities for our sales team.

You’ll research companies, identify decision-makers, craft personalized outreach, make calls, engage prospects, qualify interest, and book meetings with potential customers.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the thrill of a
“yes” after a lot of “not right now.”

You’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams and get hands-on exposure to selling
B2B SaaS and Legal Tech to enterprise customers.

What You'll Do




- Identify and research high-potential accounts and prospects across target markets.
- Build targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers.
- Execute outbound campaigns across
email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
.
- Personalize messaging based on a prospect's company, role, business needs, and pain points.
- Make outbound calls and confidently start conversations with senior professionals.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for the Account Executive / Sales team.
- Follow up consistently and nurture prospects who aren't ready to buy immediately.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in the CRM.
- Track outreach, response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
- Work with the sales team to continuously improve messaging and prospecting strategies.
