About the Role

Pinnacle IIT is looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to help improve our online visibility, organic traffic, search rankings, and overall digital presence.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO strategies and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
- Handle both On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities.
- Monitor website performance, organic traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate improvements where required.




- Develop and execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Analyze competitors and identify current opportunities to improve search visibility.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommend improvements based on data.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and current best practices.
- Practical knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO analytics.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable growth.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
