Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor operational activities and processes.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the operations team.
- Set KPIs and performance targets and monitor team performance.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, orders, deliveries, and services.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Improve processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor operational expenses and support budget and cost control.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational complaints.
- Manage workforce planning, shift schedules, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Report operational performance and key issues to senior management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
