We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, promoting the company's products or services, and converting leads into customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a target-driven mindset.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
- Explain products and services clearly and identify customer needs.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve objections effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
*Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer support, or inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
