We are looking for an Assistant Manager Quick Commerce to manage and grow the company's business across leading Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, or similar Quick Commerce channels, along with strong Distributor Management experience.

The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key platform relationships, improving assortment and availability, executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and ensuring seamless distributor and supply-chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end business operations for assigned Quick Commerce platforms and key accounts.
- Drive business growth across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and other Quick Commerce channels.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with platform partners to achieve sales, distribution, visibility, and profitability objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through assortment expansion, promotional planning, pricing,



and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Category Managers, Account Managers, and key stakeholders across Quick Commerce platforms.
- Manage and coordinate with distributors to ensure productive order fulfilment, inventory management, and service levels.
- Monitor stock availability and work closely with Supply Chain teams to minimize stock-outs and improve fill rates.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, pricing, competition, assortment, and promotional effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations related to promotions, trade investments, visibility, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning, and other cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- Prepare periodic business reviews, sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards
