Chennai Nest is a growing Chennai-based rental property sourcing and coordination service. We help tenants discover suitable rental homes and coordinate enquiries, property information, site visits and bookings with property owners and agents.
We are looking for a responsible and organised Customer Relationship Executive to help us manage our growing number of customer enquiries and property site visits.
Role Overview
This is a full-time remote role based in Chennai.
You will be the first point of contact for many Chennai Nest customers and will be responsible for managing enquiries, qualifying leads, coordinating site visits, maintaining lead records and following up with potential customers.
This is primarily a customer coordination and operations role, not a traditional field-sales/broker role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements such as location, budget, BHK, family/bachelor preference, number of people and move-in date.
- Share suitable property details with customers.
- Coordinate and schedule property site visits.
- Maintain the Chennai Nest lead and site-visit database.
- Use Google Sheets, Google Forms and Google Calendar to manage leads and appointments.
- Send site-visit confirmations, reminders and location details.
- Follow up with customers after site visits.
- Identify reliable/high-intent customers and escalate them to the founder for negotiation or booking.
- Coordinate with property owners and other agents when required.
- Keep track of available, booked and unavailable properties.
- Follow up with older leads when suitable new properties become available.
- Maintain accurate notes for every customer and site visit.
- Provide a daily update on enquiries, site visits, hot leads, follow-ups and bookings.
