Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales, customer acquisition, and team performance within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing the sales team, developing customer relationships, and expanding the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned territory.




- Generate new business through field sales, customer referrals, and relationship building.
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Promote and sell financial products, including Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Chits, Health Insurance, Life Insurance.
- Increase customer acquisition and business volume within the assigned territory.
- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervise Sales Executives to achieve business objectives.
- Allocate sales targets to the team and monitor daily performance.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and provide field coaching to improve productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high service standards and repeat business.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage within the territory.
