Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding recent hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and schedule interviews.
- Generate offers through various channels (email, phone calls) to candidates selected by the team.
- Ensure timely processing of joining formalities for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers generated, and other relevant data.
