Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain our Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and HR to enhance automation, data integrity, and overall system performance.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Customization & Development Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other SuiteCloud tools.
2. System Enhancement Customize and extend NetSuite functionality across modules such as Financials, Procurement, CRM, and Inventory, ensuring optimal process alignment.
3. Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain saved searches, SuiteAnalytics dashboards, and custom reports to provide actionable insights to business users.

Integrations Develop and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using RESTlets, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), or middleware tools.
5. Workflow Management Create, enhance, and maintain custom workflows, approval hierarchies, and business rules for automation and compliance.
6. Upgrades & Release Management – Ensure all customizations and integrations remain compatible with NetSuite’s biannual releases; manage sandbox testing and deployment.
7. Issue Resolution & User Support – Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; provide day-to-day support to users and internal stakeholders.
8. Collaboration & Requirement Analysis – Work with functional and business teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and translate them into technical deliverables.
