Role Description
This part time remote role is for a Workday HCM Expert who will support the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management modules. Daily responsibilities include analyzing HR processes, configuring Workday HCM features, performing system updates, and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders. The Workday HCM Expert will create and maintain documentation,



support integrations with other systems, and assist with testing, data validation, and reporting. The role also involves advising internal teams on Workday best practices, improving user experience, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams while managing tasks independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM configuration, including core HR, business processes, security, and reporting.
- Experience with HR operations, HR data management, and understanding of HR policies and workflows.
- Skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to perform testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization in Workday.
- Comfort with data analysis and use of Workday reporting tools or similar HR analytics solutions.
