Role Overview

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager/Director to own pipeline generation and account intelligence for our domestic and global sales initiatives. This role is responsible for designing and executing lead generation campaigns across regions, running account-based marketing and stakeholder profiling, and providing event support to the sales team,



including meeting-booking logistics for conferences and field events. You will work closely with sales, BDR, and technical teams to build a qualified, well-profiled pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute structured lead generation campaigns for each region email marketing, cold calling, content syndication, webinars, paid media, and mass outreach.
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) leveraging firmographics, technographics, and intent signals using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI using analytics tools; report results to regional sales leadership.
- Manage the demand generation / event budget (where applicable) and track spending efficiency across campaigns and calculate ROI.
- Build and refine lead nurturing workflows in marketing automation platforms.
