ReOrbit is looking for an IT Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient operation of our growing global IT function.

As our IT Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping ReOrbit’s IT operations organised, visible and well-coordinated. You will own the administrative and operational processes behind software licences, IT assets, vendors, procurement, documentation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
- Own software licence tracking and renewal processes across the IT estate.
- Maintain accurate records of software licences, contracts, vendors and renewal dates, ensuring there is a clear single source of truth.
- Manage IT asset management records and support the lifecycle tracking of company hardware and technology assets.
- Coordinate vendor and procurement activities for IT purchases across multiple locations.
- Support vendor communication and coordinate purchasing activities,



contracts and renewals.
- Own and maintain IT policy documentation and operational process records, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and route user support requests to the appropriate IT teams or service channels.
- Track IT projects and initiatives, providing regular updates and reporting for IT leads and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate training, onboarding and awareness activities related to IT policies, processes and tools.
- Provide general operational and administrative support for IT business functions.
- Support the IT Infrastructure & Support Lead and IT Application Lead with day-to-day coordination, documentation and operational activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, documentation and coordination across the IT function.
