Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team to achieve branch and regional sales targets across EFL’s loan products, including machinery finance, business loans, working capital, solar loans,



and loans against property. The role includes developing and implementing local sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective pipeline management. The Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners, and participate in customer meetings and negotiations. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with credit and operations teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, preparing sales reports, and contributing to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and portfolio quality.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in sales leadership, team management, target achievement, and performance coaching.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation within financial services or lending.
