Position Overview

As a Training & Onboarding Intern, you will play an significant role in welcoming new candidates, conducting basic interviews, delivering live training sessions, guiding candidates through our qualification process, and ensuring every applicant receives a skilled onboarding experience.This internship is ideal for individuals interested in Human Resources, Recruitment, Training, Learning & Development, or People Management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct basic interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Deliver live online onboarding and training sessions.

Explain company processes, assessment guidelines,



and role expectations.

Guide candidates throughout the qualification process.

Answer candidate questions and provide ongoing support.

Monitor candidate progress and maintain onboarding records.

Coordinate with the Recruitment and Operations teams.

Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional onboarding experience.

Submit daily and weekly progress updates.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Confident speaking during virtual meetings.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Skilled attitude and positive personality.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.

Reliable internet connection and laptop/desktop.

Previous experience in HR, training, teaching, mentoring, customer support, or recruitment is an advantage but not required.
