Technical Skills
1. Education: Diploma in mechanical engineer / BE in mechanical
2. AutoCAD : First preference will be given if have good hands on Autocad with certificate.
3. Software Exposer : Should be valuable in M.S Excel M.S Word, Internet and power point.
4. Ensure they have a basic understanding of standard codes (e.g., ASTM, ASME or IS codes)
Key Responsibilities
1. Inspections and Testing: Conducting routine on-site or in-line product testing and inspections to catch defects before they cause costly rework
2. Documentation: Drafting and managing critical quality control documents like Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
3. Compliance: Ensuring all daily operations strictly align with project specifications.
4. Conducting Inspections and Audits
5. Documenting and Reporting
