Your key responsibilities
- International employee assignment management for both inbound and outbound populations, along with litigation management services
- Advisory services in connection with Employee incentives (including equity incentive/share plan)
- Designing the Cost-effective, tax-compliant and easy-to-administer compensation structure both from the Income-tax Act and under the New labor codes
- Advisory services under the New Labor Codes, Provide compliance services
- Advisory services in connection with FEMA regulations Skills and attributes for success
Skills and attributes for success
- Valuable Communication skills ( Written & Oral)
- Proficient in MS word, excel, power point
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong Analytical/Numerical ability
- Enthusiastic and Self Starter
- Team Player
- Ability to grasp details
- Good time management skills
Ideally youll also have
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Chartered Accountant - Fresher
