We are hiring Psychologists to be a part of Bellowells Comprehensive School Health Program, implemented in collaboration with government schools across Himachal Pradesh. The selected candidates will play a vital role in delivering structured mental health sessions and awareness modules for students from classes 1st to 12th. This role involves school-based work, psychoeducation, and supporting the emotional well-being of children and adolescents through a structured curriculum.

Roles Responsibilities +
- Deliver structured mental health modules in schools for classes 6th to 12th based on Bellowell s curriculum
- Conduct awareness sessions on positive touch, bad touch, and emotional well-being for primary students
- Facilitate psychological assessments for students (reporting will be automated)
- Maintain daily session records and ensure accurate documentation
- Engage with students in a sensitive, age-appropriate, and inclusive manner
- Collaborate with the school team and project coordinators for smooth implementation

Qualifications +




- Master s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Applied Psychology
- Prior experience working with children or in school settings is preferred
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to manage group sessions independently
- Comfortable with travel and field-based work in school environments
