Role & responsibilities
Provide overall leadership for the plant and the Operations function by ensuring effective execution of manufacturing activities and building a high-performing organization. Develop and empower functional leaders, align teams with the company's business goals, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and operational excellence. The defining outcome of this role is the elimination of overdue order value measured as Rupee Delay Days while maintaining quality, safety and cost discipline.
Preferred candidate profile
Instrumentation valves, industrial valves, precision engineering, engineering components manufacturing, auto components or aerospace components.
