The Reporting Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports and dashboards. This role focuses on developing a strong understanding of business processes, key performance drivers, and reporting requirements to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.

You will work with modern data platforms and tools, contributing to the development of scalable reporting solutions.

The role also offers exposure to emerging technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, enabling continuous learning and innovation in analytics.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into reporting and dashboard solutions.

Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and

Excel.

Support end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

Work with data from multiple sources including SAP BW4HANA, SQL Server, and Microsoft Fabric.

Perform data extraction, transformation,



and validation to ensure high data quality.

Assist in building and maintaining data models and ensuring smooth data flow from backend to front-end

tools.

Contribute to automation and simplification of reporting processes.

Support implementation of up-to-date data solutions using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Power BI integration).

Assist in applying basic analytical techniques, including exposure to Machine Learning use cases (e.g., trend

analysis, basic forecasting).

Explore opportunities to leverage Generative AI features (e.g., smart narratives, automated insights).

Follow data governance standards and ensure compliance with data quality guidelines.

Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on reporting requirements and improvements.

Provide regular updates on reporting deliverables and support ad-hoc analysis requests.
