Position: Hr Recruiter Sr. or Jr.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization’s talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition
- Identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding.

2. Candidate Management
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.




- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to final onboarding.

3. Coordination & Administration
- Prepare and post job descriptions on various job boards.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Coordinate background checks, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

4. Continuous Improvement
- Analyse hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to improve recruitment processes.
- Suggest new sourcing methods and technologies to attract top talent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
