Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Workday HRM Technical Lead with 4-8 years of experience in Workday implementation, enhancement, integration, and support. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday HR solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and delivering scalable HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday Human Resource Management (HRM) modules.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services.
- Design and develop calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and custom solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support Workday releases,
testing, and production deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Workday environment.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills
- Solid experience in Workday HCM/HRM.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
- Workday Report Writing
- Calculated Fields
- Workday Security
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Data Conversion & Migration
- Good understanding of Core HR business processes.
- Experience in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
