Develop user relationships through skilled, dependable and accurate interactions.
Ability to reach out and deliver application solutions to customers, including addressing mission critical issues beyond office hours.
Open to travel to customer sites for high profile issue resolution.
Record and manage best practice resolutions for PURCHASERs knowledge base.
Offer proactive communication to reporting hierarchy at district and state level.
