About the Role

We are looking for an experienced *Campaign Marketing Specialist* to lead and execute demand generation programs across campaigns, content, and partner marketing. The role will focus on building targeted campaigns, nurturing leads, driving MQLs, and optimizing marketing performance across priority segments including Higher Education, Healthcare, Government, and Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution, from campaign concept and messaging to rollout, monitoring, and optimization.
- Build and scale multi-segment paid, inbound, and nurture campaigns across Higher Education, Healthcare, Government, and Public Sector.
- Design and execute warm and inbound lead nurturing programs to convert engaged prospects into MQLs.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, engagement, CTR, conversion rates, and engaged lead volume.
- Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring campaigns have the right assets mapped to each stage of the buyer journey.




- Plan and produce thought leadership blogs, ebooks, explainer videos, and segment-specific case studies.
- Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and messaging narratives.
- Manage content production timelines, deliverables, internal stakeholders, and external contributors.
- Maintain consistent campaign messaging and brand narratives across marketing channels.
- Build and execute joint marketing programs with principal platform partners.
- Plan and manage partner webinars, joint case studies, newsletters, and other co-marketing initiatives.
- Track partner-sourced leads, engagement, and co-marketing pipeline contribution.
- Coordinate with partner marketing teams to align campaigns, messaging, timelines, and execution.
- Own and drive HubSpot usage across campaign management, lead management, workflows, nurturing, reporting, and attribution.
