- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-system faults.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Inspect motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, and other equipment.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, control panels, switches, and motors.
- Test electrical systems using multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and other instruments.
- Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, lubrication, and replacement of damaged components.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of current equipment.
- Troubleshoot sensors, contactors, relays, VFDs, PLC inputs/outputs, and control circuits.
- Follow electrical safety, LOTO, permit-to-work, and PPE requirements.
- Read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.




- Maintain equipment maintenance records and breakdown reports.
- Identify required spare parts and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring equipment failures.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the workshop and work areas.
- Coordinate with operators, engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
- Report equipment abnormalities and potential safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability and productivity.
