Hiring: Data/Machine Learning Scientist

We are looking for a highly skilled Data/Machine Learning Scientist with 7 to 15 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions that drive business impact.

Required Skills
- Solid expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Predictive Modeling, and Data Science
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Prompt Engineering
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience developing APIs using FastAPI or Flask
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, Databricks, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage
- Strong data wrangling and analytics experience with structured and unstructured data




- Experience designing and implementing ML/LLM pipelines
- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, Speech Analytics, or Optimization techniques
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred
- Experience with microservices architecture and API management
- Exposure to LLM performance monitoring, retrieval quality assessment, and prompt optimization
