We are looking for a creative and experienced Technical Lead / Architect for a Residential Construction Company who can independently handle client projects, lead the design team, and take complete ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects from concept design to completion.

Understand client requirements and develop creative, practical design solutions.

Understand the Package and budget models from Company and deliver same to Clients.

Handle client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.

Lead, guide, and coordinate the design team.

Take responsibility for project quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Review drawings and ensure designs are properly executed.

Identify project challenges and provide effective solutions.

Take ownership of projects and ensure smooth communication between clients, team members, and execution teams.





Requirements

Degree in Architecture B Arch with relevant experience.

Strong creativity and architectural design skills.

Proven ability to independently handle projects and lead a team.

Excellent client-handling and communication skills.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render.

Good understanding of construction drawings and project execution.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, lead the team, confidently handle clients, and deliver high-quality architectural projects.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
