- Manage day-to-day communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Receive and record customer enquiries, requirements, complaints, and feedback.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Dispatch, Quality, Accounts, and Logistics teams to fulfil customer requirements.
- Follow up on customer orders from order confirmation through production and dispatch.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and other requirements.
- Prepare and maintain customer databases, order records, follow-up reports, and MIS.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Monitor pending customer issues and ensure proper closure within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team regarding delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.




- Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement areas to management.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, order-related documentation, and customer correspondence.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports as required by management.
- Track repeat orders, customer retention, and business opportunities.
- Ensure timely sharing of required documents such as invoices, test certificates, dispatch details, and other customer-specific documents.
- Assist in developing robust and professional relationships with customers.
- Perform other CRM and coordination activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
