General Manager – Kimikai Umami House

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of Kimikai Umami House, DLF Phase 5, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experience, service excellence, team performance and profitability. The role will involve leading and developing the Front of House and Back of House teams, driving sales and revenue, managing restaurant P&L;, controlling food and beverage costs, reducing wastage, maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards. The candidate should have strong experience in premium, fine-dining or high-volume restaurants, excellent leadership and communication skills,



and a robust understanding of guest relations, cost control and revenue generation. Strong knowledge and understanding of Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, Robata and other Japanese culinary concepts, is essential. The candidate should be passionate about Japanese food and understand the service standards and guest expectations associated with premium Japanese dining. 8–12+ years of hospitality experience with 3–5 years in a senior restaurant management/leadership role is preferred.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
