Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor PEB erection and structural steel installation activities at site.
- Ensure erection work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, fabricators, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Check alignment, level, plumb, bolting, welding, and installation of PEB structures.
- Monitor daily manpower, material availability, equipment, and work progress.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site reports, and work completion updates.
- Coordinate with the design/technical team for drawing clarifications and site-related issues.
- Ensure proper installation of roofing, cladding, PUF panels, accessories, and related works.
- Monitor site safety requirements and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/Project Engineer for timely resolution.




- Maintain records of materials received, utilized, and pending at site.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and required quality standards.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of PEB erection and structural steel construction.
- Ability to read and understand GA, erection, fabrication, and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of bolting, welding, alignment, and leveling of steel structures.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site manpower and subcontractors.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Qualification

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
from a recognized institute.

Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
