Manage end-to-end patient communication and intake for a US-based telehealth provider. This role requires high-level coordination between patients, caregivers, and clinical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call Management: Execute inbound and outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Patient Intake: Conduct full clinical intake for new and returning patients, ensuring all data is ready for telehealth providers.
- Scheduling: Manage the medical calendar, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments.
- Guidance: Provide patients with clear instructions on telehealth technology, pre-visit prep, and post-visit next steps.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years in a US-facing healthcare process
- Communication: Native or near-native US accent is strictly required.
- Knowledge: Proficient in US healthcare terminology and HIPAA-compliant communication.
- Technical: Experience with EHR/CRM software and telehealth platforms.

Shift: US Business Hours.

Job Location: Kolkata [in-house only]

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
