Job Description

1. Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients, bidders, and stakeholders regarding auction processes.

2. Assist customers with registration, KYC verification, bidding procedures, and auction participation.

3. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal teams for auction scheduling and execution.

4. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

5. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

6. Support pre-auction and post-auction activities, including documentation and reporting.

7. Monitor auction activities and provide operational support during live auctions.

Major Duties

1. Identify and develop current corporate/B2B clients through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate customers.

3.



Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.

4. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close profitable sales deals.

5. Handle client queries, objections, and post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.

6. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Key Skills

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

3. Result-oriented with strong closing skills.

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

5. Basic understanding of banking, financial services, and auction processes will be an added advantage.
