Job Description PSM (Professional Services Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Low Vision Devices patient assessment and their remedies either by LVDs and counseling
2. Impression taking for customized prosthetics eyes
3. Fitting of specialty contact lenses to patients in hospital associated with us.
4. Myopia Management.
5. Amblyopia Management through Software.
6. Manage inventory of LVA and CLs at the Hyderabad head office, inventory count schedules, maintaining and organizing back stock.
7. Strengthen companys presence and relationship with all key ophthalmologists associated with Co. by providing professional services
8. Continuously review and analyze store performance in the assigned territory, and suggest corrective actions.
9. Ensure customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
10. Training to hospital Optometrists on rehabilitation.

Functional Competencies:

1. Ability to communicate with Doctors, Hospital administrators and staff.
2.



Thorough understanding of eye hospitals way of working and their potential
3. Thorough understanding of costs in the value chain and ability to drive ROI for both hospital and the company.
4. Good mix of product knowledge and dispensing skills.

Qualifications:

1. Master in Optometry or minimum Bachelors Degree from a reputed institution.
2. Minimum 5 to 8 Years of total experience in dispensing LVDs, Prosthetics and speciality contact lenses.
- Person with experience in dispensing all three services is most likely to get this job.
- Person with experience in dispensing atleast one service out of three services mentioned above should apply.
