Business Development Executive
to work closely with the management team in supporting business development, international business, market research, and day-to-day commercial activities.

The role will involve direct interaction with existing and prospective customers and will provide significant exposure to management-level decision-making and business growth initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development & Export Support
- Assist in handling
export enquiries and international customer communication
.
- Support preparation and coordination of export-related commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics partners and other agencies where required.




- Research potential customers, distributors, agents and business partners in international markets.
- Track international industry developments and identify potential export opportunities.

Market Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct structured research on
potential customers, competitors, industries and new markets
.
- Identify relevant companies and decision-makers through LinkedIn, industry directories, exhibitions and other sources.
- Prepare prospect lists and market intelligence reports for management.
- Research upcoming exhibitions, industry events and potential business-development opportunities.
- Support pre- and post-exhibition customer outreach and follow-ups.

Management & Business Operations Support
- Work closely with management on various
business development and executive-level assignments
