Digital Marketing Executive – WATI & CRM

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to handle our digital marketing activities, WATI WhatsApp marketing, CRM management and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business.
- Create and coordinate digital marketing content, posts and campaigns.
- Manage WATI WhatsApp campaigns, customer databases and broadcasts.
- Generate and track leads through WhatsApp and digital channels.
- Maintain and update CRM data, leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing and CRM reports.
- Build prospect databases of hospitals, doctors, clinics and distributors.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other digital marketing tools for content and campaigns.





Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
- WATI / WhatsApp Marketing
- CRM handling
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Social Media Marketing
- Positive communication and follow-up skills
- Basic Canva knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to learn AI and new digital tools

Qualification

Any Graduate / Digital Marketing experience

Freshers with good digital marketing knowledge are welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who is energetic, tech-savvy, good at follow-up, data-oriented and strong in execution.
