Role & responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility analysis for current and ongoing projects.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets; ensure alignment with cost parameters.
- Implement effective cost control and cost planning strategies.
- Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure material reconciliation.
- Perform rate analysis and identify opportunities for value engineering.
- Participate actively in pre-construction activities, including planning and estimation.
- Present budget reports and cost updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, execution) and external stakeholders (consultants, vendors).

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in estimation, cost management, and project planning.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, market rates, and industry practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
