We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Vaduthala clinic. Vaduthala is one of our busiest clinics with a high daily patient flow, so the ideal candidate should be confident, effective, patient-friendly, and capable of handling a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients attending the clinic.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and minor treatments.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs accurately.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Perform wound dressing, IV procedures, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Maintain proper patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and proper clinical waste management.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and clinical equipment.
- Handle emergencies appropriately and provide timely first aid.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, pharmacy, laboratory, and reception teams.




- Manage multiple patients efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality of care.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Follow clinic policies, SOPs, and safety protocols.

Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing/ ANM qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Previous clinical/OP experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-patient-volume clinic.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and professional attitude.

Preferred Candidate

A nurse who is quick, responsible, compassionate, and comfortable working in a busy outpatient clinical environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
