About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our EdTech team who can engage with customers through outbound calls, understand their requirements, provide relevant information about our learning programs, and assist them throughout the enquiry and sales journey.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, communication, and consultative sales in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements, interests, and learning needs.
- Explain relevant courses, programs, and learning solutions.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.




- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide a smooth experience.
- Maintain call details, lead updates, and follow-up records.
- Work towards assigned customer engagement and sales targets.

Eligibility
- 0 to 6 months of experience in B2C Sales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or International Sales.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
