Job Summary

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the school's IT infrastructure, computer systems, networking, software applications, and digital platforms. The candidate will provide timely technical support to teaching, administrative, and support staff and ensure smooth functioning of all technology-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, smart boards, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to teachers, administrative staff, and management for day-to-day IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, applications, and hardware.
- Monitor and maintain the school's LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and other network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network, connectivity, printer, email, and system-related issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and records of computers, peripherals, software, and other technology assets.




- Ensure regular backup of significant school data and assist in data recovery when required.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs, passwords, access permissions, and other digital accounts.
- Provide technical support for school management systems, attendance systems, ERP/School App, and other digital platforms.
- Support online examinations, presentations, meetings, workshops, and school events requiring technical assistance.
- Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance systems, access-control systems, and other technology equipment, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for repairs, installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Ensure antivirus, security updates, and basic cybersecurity practices are maintained across systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of school data and ensure that unauthorized persons do not access sensitive information.
