Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and develop our sales and business activities across the Kottayam region.

The candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, expanding the customer network, maintaining existing relationships and achieving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales and business activities across the Kottayam region.
- Identify and develop new customers, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, medical shops and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase sales in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits and meet customers and healthcare professionals.




- Promote and explain company products to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders and payments.
- Expand the customer base and strengthen the company's market presence in Kottayam.
- Submit regular sales and market reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in hospital, pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales are preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in field sales and business development can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in meeting customers and developing new business.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
- Ability to build professional relationships and generate business.
- Candidates with good knowledge of the Kottayam market will be preferred.
